How to measure yourself
Measure yourself in your underwear, with the tape snug against your body but not tight.
- Bust: around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level.
- Underbust: around your ribcage, just below your bust.
- Waist: at the narrowest point, above your navel.
- Hips: at the widest part of your hips.
- Upper arm: around the widest part of your arm, above the elbow.
