Women's Clothing Returns and Refunds

If a garment is not what you wanted, you can request a return simply and without any worry.

Return conditions

  • The request must be made within 14 days of delivery of the last item in the order. If the last day falls on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

  • The garment must not have been worn or washed

  • It must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, complete with its tag

Return costs

  • In the case of a refund: the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded (€10 in Italy and €15 in Europe)
  • In the case of a voucher (Wallet): the return is free of charge

If you choose the voucher, you will receive the full amount with no deductions, which can be used with no time limit on any item (size exchange or new purchase).
To use the Wallet, you must have a registered account.

The voucher is the quickest option and involves no costs.

Note on refunds
The refund covers only the value of the returned garment and does not include any shipping costs paid at the time of the order.

 

Right to cancel an order
You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been fulfilled. To request cancellation, contact us at info@roderi.it, quoting your order number.

 

How to request a return

To start the procedure, go to the website footer and click on "WITHDRAWAL REQUEST" or, alternatively, send an email to info@roderi.it with the subject:

RETURN ORDER # [order number]

(The order number is shown in the confirmation email or on the parcel's waybill)

In the body of the email, please include:

  • Order number
  • First name and surname
  • Full address (street/square, house number, postcode, town/city, province, country)
  • Telephone number
  • Days and time slot for collection (morning or afternoon)
  • Items you wish to return

Once your request has been processed, you will receive the waybill (LDV) by email, to be printed and attached to the parcel, which must be packed in the same way as it was on delivery.
