How to measure yourself
Measure yourself in your underwear, with the tape snug against your body but not tight.
- Bust: around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level.
- Underbust: around your ribcage, just below your bust.
- Waist: at the narrowest point, above your navel.
- Hips: at the widest part of your hips.
- Upper arm: around the widest part of your arm, above the elbow.
If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger one. Still unsure? Write to us and we'll help you choose.
