The fabric makes the skirt very comfortable to wear, as it's light and soft to the touch. It's lined with lightweight tulle. It's fairly close-fitting at the waist and hips and full at the hem thanks to the gathered flounce. The hem is asymmetric: shorter at the front and longer at the back. The comfort comes mainly from the Baschina waistband: a stretch band that doesn't squeeze or leave marks, so you can wear it all day long. Pair it with flared shirts and blouses or with tops.
